What is a Business Unit?
A Business Unit represents a distinct workload group in your contact center — like a specific location, language, department, queue group, or country. Each BU gets its own AI forecasting model and staffing requirements. For example, if you have English support in Dallas and Spanish support in Miami, that's 2 Business Units.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. Try AI-powered forecasting on your actual contact center data.
What happens if I exceed my agent limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier anytime — we'll prorate the difference and you'll have access immediately. No service interruption.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you integrate with my existing systems?
Yes. Growth and higher tiers include API access for custom integrations. We also support CSV imports for all plans. Common integrations include Five9, Genesys, NICE, and custom ACD systems.
What are NL Simulations?
NL Simulations (Non-Linear) let you model complex "what-if" scenarios in your forecasts. They're useful for testing staffing strategies before deployment. Each plan includes a monthly cap—when you exceed it, you can add packs ($9.99 per 10 sims) or upgrade to a higher tier for a larger budget.
Do unused NL Simulation packs roll over?
No. NL Simulation packs expire at the end of each month. We recommend planning your scenarios throughout the month to maximize your included cap before adding packs.
What's the difference between Standard and Advanced AI Forecasting?
Standard Forecasting uses an automated model tournament with proven forecasting models. Advanced AI Forecasting expands the model library with neural networks and gradient boosting — more candidates competing for the best forecast. Both approaches automatically select the best-performing model for your data. Growth, Pro, and Enterprise tiers include Advanced AI Forecasting.
What kind of support do you offer?
Starter includes email support with 24-hour response time. Essentials and Growth get priority support (4-hour response). Pro and Enterprise get 24/7 support with dedicated account managers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II compliant. Pro and Enterprise tiers offer additional security features like SSO/SAML, advanced RBAC, and optional on-premise deployment.
